This is a challenging time for our country and the world, and we are all impacted in some way by the effects of COVID-19. We hope the information here provides our residents with answers and resources you need to help with your personal circumstances. We will update this website as new information becomes available. The property management team continues to be here for you and is working on rotating schedules to be able to answer your calls and emails.
Dear Resident: Although we are temporarily limiting maintenance request completions in your apartments, there may be times that either our maintenance personnel or an outside service provider must enter your apartment. We have the following protocol in place for everyone’s comfort:
Dear Resident: The last few weeks have been incredibly difficult for everyone, and we miss seeing our residents around our communities. To that end, we are encouraged by the many colleges and universities across the country that have shared their plans to reopen campuses in the fall. For now, we will continue to follow guidance from health authorities and keep our distance, but we are looking forward to seeing people soon and hopefully the activity and energy that comes with the fall semester!
Dear Resident: As we settle into more time spent at home, we wanted to share a few current recommendations from public health officials that can help us all be good neighbors and ensure continued comfort in our community:
Dear Residents and Guarantors: We share your concerns with regard to COVID-19 and the impact of school closures. Please know that we are closely following CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of illness at our communities and diligently trying to accommodate all residents as best as possible. Residents have been notified that if they are expecting packages, they will need to […]

For that reason, we have made the difficult decision to close all of our amenity spaces effective March 18, 2020 […]
Dear Residents: As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to become more prevalent, we wanted to share what we are doing to address the situation and share some guidance on what to do if you have been exposed. To date, we have no confirmed instance of COVID-19 at our community. However, out of an abundance of caution, we have put in place several enhanced preventative measures. We apologize for any inconvenience that these changes in procedure may cause. These precautions include:
Dear Residents: While we do not wish to alarm you, we did want to make you aware that conversations about the Novel Coronavirus are becoming more prominent, as more cases of the virus are being diagnosed.
